Yellow Tea

Yellow Tea is a type of tea. It can be described as being between a White Tea and a Green Tea, although this is a bit of an oversimplification.
Some varities of Yellow tea include Junshan Yinzhen (君山銀針), Huoshan Huangya (癨山黃牙), Meng Ding Huangya (蒙頂黃芽), Da Ye Qing, and Huang Tang. Some yellow teas are rare teas and are considered highly desireable.
